Interhome opens seven new local service offices
Interhome, the holiday home specialist, is opening seven new local service offices by summer 2024. This brings the number of contact points for owners and guests to 115 in a total of 12 European countries. Interhome is planning further local service offices in popular holiday regions in the future, thereby further expanding its proximity to property owners and guests.
Local Interhome service offices offer owners of holiday homes and apartments a one-stop service solution, from property management and maintenance to on-site guest care. In 2024, new locations will further increase service quality and convenience for owners and guests. The local service offices on the German Baltic coast on Usedom, in Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands, in the Gulf of Morbihan in Brittany, and in the Golfo di Marinella in Sardinia have already opened. Vlissingen in the Dutch province of Zeeland, Verbania on Lake Maggiore and Castiglione della Pescaia on the Tuscan Maremma coast will follow before the start of the summer season.
Expansion of local services
With the seven new local service offices, Interhome is increasing the strength of its already extensive range of services. The employees on site take care of the owners’ holiday properties. They organise the cleaning between bookings and provide regular garden and pool maintenance during the owner’s absence on request. The comprehensive quality-management system ensures that holiday homes and apartments are checked at the end of the season, identifies any necessary repairs and makes suggestions for optimisation so that owners can achieve the best possible occupancy rate when renting out their property.
More personal service for guests in the holiday region
In addition to personal check-in and check-out, the staff at the local service offices are personally available to answer guests’ questions during their stay. Additional services such as bed linen and towels, an extra bed, buggy, cot or high chair for children can also be booked through them. Moreover, the local team will be happy to provide tips and advice on the sights and offerings in the holiday region.
