Hotelplan Suisse is the largest Swiss tour operator and the Swiss subsidiary of the internationally active Hotelplan Group with approximately 550 employees. The branch network is made up of 82 agencies throughout Switzerland.
The Hotelplan Group bundles its beach vacation and city trip business under the Volume Tour Operating segment. This includes the Hotelplan, Migros Ferien and vtours brands. The flight broker business in Switzerland and Germany is also part of the division.
Hotelplan UK is active in the specialized niche business with a broad range of products. The winter business includes the Inghams and Santa's Lapland brands. The individual hiking and cycling holidays of Inntravel and Explore Worldwide provide a balance in summer.

The travel group is promoting the use of sustainable aviation fuel and supporting the removal of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere. To achieve these goals, it has committed to key partnerships with Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS); Neste, the world’s leading manufacturer of sustainable aviation fuel; and Danish start-up Klimate, which specialises in promoting innovative solutions for extracting CO2 from the atmos-phere.

Bianca Gähweiler set to leave Hotelplan Group
June 4, 2024After more than seven years at Hotelplan Group, Bianca Gähweiler has opted for a change of career. As a result, she will be leaving the company at the end of June 2024. Muriel Wolf Landau will take charge of the travel group’s media relations on an interim basis.
