Hotelplan Suisse is the largest Swiss tour operator and the Swiss subsidiary of the internationally active Hotelplan Group with approximately 550 employees. The branch network is made up of 82 agencies throughout Switzerland.
The Hotelplan Group bundles its beach vacation and city trip business under the Volume Tour Operating segment. This includes the Hotelplan, Migros Ferien and vtours brands. The flight broker business in Switzerland and Germany is also part of the division.
Hotelplan UK is active in the specialized niche business with a broad range of products. The winter business includes the Inghams and Santa's Lapland brands. The individual hiking and cycling holidays of Inntravel and Explore Worldwide provide a balance in summer.

New owners secured for the Hotelplan Group
February 12, 2025Migros is set to sell almost the entire Hotelplan Group to the DERTOUR Group. The deal does not include holiday-home specialist Interhome, which will be taken over by the HomeToGo Group. The new owners are both well-established tourism companies and thus ideally positioned to successfully pursue the ongoing development of the Hotelplan Group's specialist fields: travel and holiday homes. The services offered by the Hotelplan Group and Interhome as well as associated bookings will remain unchanged for customers and sales partners alike.
