Around 200 local service offices (around 100 own offices and 100 partner offices) in the various countries guarantee an "all-round carefree package" from personal customer reception to complete management of the holiday home. The diverse offerings range from a simple chalet or flat to an exclusively equipped villa – on the beach, in the countryside or in the mountains.

This brings the number of contact points for owners and guests to 115 in a total of 12 European countries. Interhome is planning further local service offices in popular holiday regions in the future, thereby further expanding its proximity to property owners and guests.

Interchalet becomes Interhome – uniform brand communication in all countries
May 14, 2024With immediate effect, Interhome Group will only operate under the Interhome brand in Germany and its other 25 markets. As part of the standardisation of brand communications, the Interhome brand will gradually replace the Interchalet brand on all channels over the coming months. This means that holidaymakers worldwide will experience a uniform brand experience at all touchpoints.
