Our application procedure

1. Apply Online
Apply online for your desired position. Once we have received your documents, you will get a confirmation email from us. Then it’s our turn to review your application as quickly as possible.

2. First Interview
If your application leaves a positive impression, we will invite you to a first interview -either via Microsoft Teams or in person. In an open and straightforward conversation, you will meet your future manager and someone from our People Department. We will introduce you to your role and department, discuss mutual expectations, and answer any questions you may have.

3. Trial Half-Day in the Department
In the second and usually final step, you will get to experience your future work environment, meet the team, and get a feel for the department during a half-day trial. A decision about your potential employment will follow shortly after.

4. Contract Offer
If we both agree, we will send you your employment contract right away. And soon, it will be: Welcome to the Hotelplan Group!
