Pablo Castillo is succeeding Koni Iten as CIO of Hotelplan Group on 1 November 2014. He becomes a member of the Hotelplan Group executive board on the same date.

Pablo Castillo is a certified project manager and tourism specialist HF. He began his career in the travel business and spent 11 years holding various positions at Kuoni and Travelhouse. Working at Hotelplan Group since 2011, the 34-year-old has reported directly to Koni Iten in regards to Project & Business Consulting for the last two years. Koni Iten stepped down from his post as CIO in July 2014 following his appointment as CEO of Interhome Group.

Heini Kalt has been named Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Hotelplan Group, also as of 1 November 2014. He will report directly to Pablo Castillo and support him primarily as a technology expert.
