Roland Zeller, co-founder and CEO of Travelwindow, has decided to relinquish his roles with Hotelplan Group to once again embrace new, young projects. His 20 percent stake in the company's shares will be taken over by Hotelplan Holding, which thus becomes sole shareholder.

Roland Zeller will continue in his managerial capacity until a suitable successor for the Swiss online portal travel.ch has been found. The transition will take place in autumn. "We would like to thank Roland Zeller for his work in developing the company during the last 12 years and already wish him all the best for the future," said Hans Lerch, CEO Hotelplan Group.

Interhome CEO Simon Lehmann assumes responsibility with immediate effect for the "Travel Related & Online Services" division, comprising holiday home rental provider Interhome and travel.ch. In this capacity, he reports directly to Hotelplan Group CEO Hans Lerch and from 1 November to Thomas Stirnimann.
