The Migros Group-owned Hotelplan Group has appointed Stefan Leser as a new member of the Board of Directors. He will take up his seat on 1 July 2021.

Stefan Leser, 54, holds a Master of Business Administration degree (Finance & Strategy Management) and has been the CEO of the globally active Langham Hospitality Group since 2018. His previous roles included CEO of Jumeirah Group, the largest operator of luxury hotels in the Middle East, and various senior positions at the tour operator Kuoni.

His many years of experience both as a tour operator and in the hospitality industry make him a perfect addition to our Board of Directors," says Fabrice Zumbrunnen, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives and Chairman of the Hotelplan Group Board of Directors.
