Interhome Group appoints Kim-Carolin Schroll as Head of People
As of 1 March 2023, Kim-Carolin Schroll will assume the role of Head of People at Interhome Group. She will be responsible for the entire HR area of all local country subsidiaries that belong to the holiday home agency and will enter the extended management team as representative for the HR department.
From 1 March 2023, the people department of the Swiss holiday home agency Interhome Group will be led by Kim-Carolin Schroll. All HR activities of the holiday home agency will now be grouped under one manager. In her new function, Kim-Carolin Schroll will join the management team of Interhome Group and will report on her professional duties directly to Walter Jung, Chief People Officer Hotelplan Group.
The 35-year-old Kim-Carolin Schroll holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology & Change Management and is certified in organisational development and consulting as well as business coaching. Kim-Carolin Schroll moreover lectures Change Management and Change Psychology at the further education institute at the University of Augsburg. She has more than ten years of experience in human resource management, ranging from recruiting, talent management, HR development to building up HR functions in companies. Kim-Carolin Schroll most recently held a consulting position at WTS Digital GmbH, where she oversaw the area Change Management. She first came into contact with Interhome Group in this role in 2021. “Thanks to this collaboration, Kim-Carolin Schroll is already well-acquainted with our company.
