Hotelplan UK, part of Hotelplan Group, is acquiring the short breaks wintersports provider Flexiski for an undisclosed sum. This takeover will allow Hotelplan UK to expand its offering of skiing and snowboarding to include shorter breaks.

Hotelplan UK is acquiring 100% of the trade and assets in the British company Flexiski as of 1^st of June 2019. Founded in 1990 and part of Travelopia, the company achieves an annual turnover of around CHF 6 million and employs 9 full-time employees in the UK, as well as seasonal staff over the Winter in the European Alps.
