After six years on the Board of Directors of Hotelplan Holding AG, Hans Lerch has stepped down effective 31 October 2015.

Hans Lerch (65) was elected to the board in the spring of 2009. He was moreover responsible for the operational running of Hotelplan from 2010 to 2012, during which period he put the company on a new footing with acquisitions in the UK and Germany and the sale of the Russian business. He has resigned from the Hotelplan Group Board of Directors at the end of the regular financial year on 31 October 2015.
